Open from breakfast to dinner and drinks, Catchic delivers elegance and ease at any time of day. Whether you want to entertain, grab a quick lunch or catch up over coffee or cocktails, our menus have something for every taste and occasion.

Catch & Go

When time is of the essence, our Catch & Go Counter is the answer. Discover a delicious range of freshly made soups, salads, sandwiches and nourishing breakfast or lunch sets to take away, with coffee roasted by NOC.

To order, simply purchase using the App, or pay at the counter when you pick up. Open from Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 6.00pm.

Chater Terrace

Enjoy al-fresco drinks and dining with stunning views over Central at Chater Terrace. Your exclusive spot for after-work cocktails or a quiet daytime coffee, head up to enjoy our bar menu, relax with friends and take in the views.

About Our Chefs

Julian Man

Born in Brunei to Chinese and Malay parents, our Chef de Cuisine Julian discovered his love of cooking from his grandparents. Honing his craft across Hong Kong, he was Executive Sous Chef at the Excelsior Hotel before joining us as at Catchic. Today, his menu is infused with his passion for Asian cooking, his love of local ingredients and his deep respect for the unique flavours he has discovered on his own culinary journey.

Jacko To Tat Wah

Jacko has spent his career dedicated to finessing his take on Cantonese cuisine. A true specialist in his hometown of Hong Kong’s classic fare, he worked at the Shangri-La Hotel before joining Catchic at Sous Chef, where he’s responsible for our much-loved take on our city’s legendary local dishes.
